This 90-minute session is a comprehensive dive into your health history, current lifestyle and symptom analysis, AND a functional analysis of recent bloodwork (FBCA) to begin to uncover the hidden stressors contributing to your health challenges.

During this session we will:

  • Review your current diet and lifestyle practices.
  • Look at your bloodwork through a functional lens and look for patterns among the markers, correlate them to your lifestyle and symptom analysis to find clues to where there is imbalance, and which systems of your body could use extra support.
  • Summarize the key takeaways to create immediate first steps and a recommended plan in diet, movement, rest/sleep, blood sugar balancing, circadian rhythm support, stress reduction throughout the body, and in some cases supplementation.

 

Based on this session and your interest, we may want to take a deeper look into understanding your body through functional lab testing.

What is Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis (FBCA)? 

FBCA is a proactive approach to health as it can help us identify subtle imbalances, early trends in health, and potentially uncover issues before they manifest into something larger.

We use your yearly bloodwork from your doctor to compare to  tighter, more optimal (functional) ranges which can reveal subtle imbalances that standard tests might miss.

FBCA can reveal early signs of dysfunction in areas like blood sugar control, inflammation, nutrient deficiencies, plus give us some insight into liver and immune function. This functional approach to blood chemistry may also provide clues to why someone may feel unwell when their bloodwork is all within a “normal” range.
