Pumpkin Spice Elixirs
Morning Pumpkin Spice Mushroom Latte
- 1 tsp dandyblend
- 1 tsp Chaga mushroom powder
- 1 TBSP Collagen powder
- 1 TBSP pumpkin puree
- 1 TBSP coconut cream
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp raw honey (local or i love bee keepers naturals superfood honey)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- a few shakes of pumpkin pie spice
- 8 oz of hot water
Add these ingredients to a ventilated blender and blend until mixed and frothy. Garnish with pumpkin pie spice. Sip and enjoy!
Evening Pumpkin Spice Mushroom Latte
- 1/2 tsp Reishi mushroom powder or 1 packet of Four Sigmatic Reishi Elxir
- 1 TBSP Collagen powder
- 1TBSP pumpkin puree
- 1 TBSP coconut cream
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp raw honey (I love superfood honey from beekeepers naturals)
- 1/4 cinnamon
- A few shakes of pumpkin pie spice
- 8 oz hot water
Add all ingredients to a ventilated blender and blend until mixed and frothy. Pour into a mug, and garnish with Cinnamon or Pumpkin Pie Spice. Sip and enjoy!
Variations:
Although this is designed as a caffeine free drink, you can always add coffee to the morning elxir in place of the Dandy Blend.
Add in your favorite superfoods and herbs for a drink that is deisgned specifically for you! I often will add pearl powder for longevity, maca for hormone balancing and stamina or tocos for vitamin E and skin health.
If you want to make a chaga tea with dried chaga mushroom, you could use that as the base of the elixir in place of the water and chaga powder. I only use powders for time saving convenience. It is more cost effective to buy the dried chaga mushroom or reishi mushroom and make tea. Explore, experiment and have fun with it!
